Real Octane Booster? Supreme Octane 130

Does anyone know if this product was the real deal. The product isn't made anymore. It was made by a company named Kemco. It was the only product that still contained real tetryl ethyl lead additive and it not only lubricated the valve seats but increased octane levels. Does real tetryl ethyl lead really do that and is there an alternative to the defunct Supreme Octane 130?

keep in mind that when a claim is made that an octane booster will boost by X amount of points, it's 1/10 th a number. For example, if they say "boosts octane by 6 points!", that means that it turns your tank of 93 into a tank of 93.6.

Thank you guys for the website and the explanation on raising octane sometimes it can be misleading.
