The first smell smells like rubbing alcohol and the first taste is a little rough but after that it is pretty smooth. I drank about half a skull of it, got totally waisted, went to sleep at 6:30am and woke up at 1pm and I am fine, no hangover or anything. I would be a bigger fan of it if it weren't $50.00.
