I don't think that is it but it sure looks close ...I am almost tempted to buy it and see if I cant make it work.

have made a few yrs. back. All ribs line up and is attached with provided 2 sided tape. $20 plus the ride. If you're interested, I'll look for them.

If you have a blank and are really good with trimming, you can make your own without the lettering. Flip it over and just follow the molded line.
