Rear Axle Assy

Can anyone tell me is there a measurement or angle the rear end suppose to be. I had pulled mine out and had it blasted and repainted when I did a complete restoration of the body. Do you just eye up and make sure the housing is 90 degrees to the ground, or does the drive shaft have to be level.

IIRC, the nose is about 5* up on most a bodies compared to the perches.

It's not a 90* or square relationship.
