I've started the brake conversion on my 64. Front disk ,10 drum rear 8 3/4 . I also have frame rail connectors and Torque boxes front and rear. I'm wondering how some of you that have a similar set up ran your rear brake line tubing. Did you stay under the crossmember. I really don't want to drill there in fear of weakening the torsion bar socket . Doesn't seem to be any provisions. Unfortunately I don't remember how the originals went thru. 8 yrs ago lol. Looking at my literature it doesn't show much. I'm guessing most ran under the frame rails. Thanks

This may be of no help as I have a 73 Duster with no frame connectors or torque boxes. On it, there is an oval hole stamped in both side of the crossmember just to the outside of the driver's torsion bar anchor and just below the floorpan. It's probably 5/8 - 3/4 tall and maybe 3/8 wide. I'm not familiar with the earlier cars but I would think a drilled hole in that area would be fine.
