Rear Disk Set-up

I found a low milage rear end from an 04 Ram 1/2 ton. It VERY cheap. It is complete with a disk brake set-up. How hard is it to change from a rear drum system to a disk? Also, this rear has a flange type yoke. Can that be adapted to a regular u-joint shaft without major buck?
