Rear drum brakes

Hi all! Got my new 11x2 drums today and hopefully can put this dog to rest in the morning. I'll be sure to post results. Funny thing is, when my grandfather brought the Dart to my shop for brakes, I just needed to do front disc's and replaced the phenolic pistons with stainless steel, never worked on the rear so I had no idea this factory mismatch existed. Live and learn. Even at 72.! Just wish he hadn't cut off those lousy seat belts!
 
Finally got new 11x2 drums on and drives and brakes like a charm! A big thanks to all of you who contributed your ideas and recommendations to my issue. The drums purchased were for a 1974 Dodge Monaco 360. As the saying goes, never too old to learn!
