rear main seal - what´s the best one?

Hi Guys, planning a 512 build for a friend, 440 block.....what rear main seal works best?

Stock FelPro is fine. Correct installation is key.

They also offer one piece seals for our engines now. If you don't like the conventional two piece seal, you should check those out.

I've heard the graphite rope seal from Mancini racing is the best one to use.
