Want to make sure I put the seal in right. The instructions say that it is marked outside. The only markings I see are a part number. Want to make sure I get it right. I also am using ARP bolts, and the oil pump is hitting the top of the main cap bolt. Anyone got some answers? Thanks Tom

my fel-pro one says the lip faces the inside of the motor. as far as the bolt goes i remember the pump hitting the side of the bolt head, i just pulled the other side and swapped them. this clocked it enough when torqued down it wasn't in the way. and you might want to put a little silicone in the reciever under the rear main for a little added insurance.

I think Im right on the seal. The bolts are just to high for the oil pump to fit over them. I will eather put two stock ones there or get somthing from ARP that will work Thanks Tom
