The owner of the body shop that worked on our car finally conceded he could not align the passenger door window. The job had fallen to him when his two guys that took it apart, then started reassembly, left. The window drooped badly in the back and it was all you could do to move it with the raiser.
I finally told him I would take it home and a try. BTW, we are friends. When I finally got the window aligned, it was still damn hard to raise or lower AND the chrome piece almost flopped off the back of the window. The previous shop hands had not rebuilt the window.
I watched all sorts of online videos, read the shop manual and everything I found here. Then I ordered the parts and began my learning experience. I took lots of photos and taped the hell out of the pained surfaces.
