You cant go wrong with the Cheetah. We have been using the same one for over twenty five years w/out a glitch. Had a Winters before that. Although they are not a ratchet. Check these out;

Alot of guys have been using these PPP shifters with good success. The younger generation seems to prefer these zooted up anodized jobs over the old school stuff that just works forever.

Had a B&M quicksilver. If I had to go back to an Automatic... I would get another quicksilver.
