Remflex header gaskets

Just got a set of the Remflex gaskets. Should the smoother side of the gasket be installed toward the head (aluminum) or the header, or does it make a difference?

I put the smooth side towards the headers on mine, and no issues. Hope this helps.

I did also, but just for the more finished look on the visible parts.
Either way doesn't matter at all.
