Remote mirror holes

I have a set of ralley mirrors on my car bow that were not a factory option so my door is not drilled for the remote on the inside of the door. It's in a Demon so I am looking for the holes in relation to the demon emblem (plastic placcard) and the size please.

Seriously there is no one that can help out with this? Thought this would be an easier one to find out.

the physical door is the same as my 70 Dart swinger 340. I do not have the DEMON plate but you can see the door handle.

This is from a '71 Duster, same size placard as the Demon.
