Remove trim...safely

Noob Question,

How do I remove the trim above the windows safely...I know there's a thread here somewhere.

Never mind I got it off...so easy...maybe that's why I had no replies:sign3:

Well damn I actually had a tip on this one. A wooden dowel and you can tap it of with the butt of your hand or a rubber mallet.
