Removing Dash on 66 Valiant

OK, I was removing the radio my Dad had installed years ago so I can go back to a radio delete car. When I got the radio out I noticed all sorts of rust/corrosion inside the dash. Can the dash be removed so the rust can get removed and treated? I've attached pictures of what I found. Thanks, Ken

the windshield has to come out to remove the dash.

Once the windshield is out the dash comes out real easy, I think there's 5 small bolts along the top and 1 on each side under the kick panels.

If you find that the dash is rusted through, I have a nice Valiant dash frame I will cheap!! Hope it doesn't come to this but just in case, I thought I'd throw it out there!! Geof
