Removing drip rail molding 71 Demon?

-
Start in one of the corners and apply down pressure while twisting up to release the trim on the bottom side of the rail. You may need to apply some out ward pressure by using a flat screwdriver to pry out on the end of the trim. This was how I removed the trim on my 70 swinger with no dents or creases. It may spring some but is easily put back into shape for snapping it back on. To put back on put the top of the trim over the lip and snap the bottom into place. Take your time is the key! Good luck

Yeah, get an old style bottle opener that has a pointed end and a rounded end. Make sure it is stiff (won't bend). Cover the rounded end with a few wraps of electrical tape, and carefully pry up the molding. You'll probably have to pry every inch or so. Take your time.
