how do i remove the package tray from a 64 dart? and also the rear seat is a pain to get it off, i push the seat to the rear then up and it doesnt unclip? is it bolted down?

There should be two twist clips that can be released from the underside of the package tray in the trunk.
Push down on the rear seat bottom while shoving it rearward. The hooks in the lower front should release.
After the seat bottom is out, you should see two fasteners that hold the seat back in.
