This is on my ‘72 Demon.
To repair broken grill tabs I used pliable yet firm plastic. (Mine was from the bottom of a cattle feed bunk). I don’t know what the plastic type is called. Cut a piece the right width, and little long. It can be bent sharply up to 90 degrees (if needed) and hold that shape ( reasonably). Do not trim rib on original tab piece ( it adds strength) but groove new plastic to fit over it. After getting that to fit ,trim to length, mark and drill your holes.
I used pop rivets , (1/8”aluminum) with a backup washer on hard plastic original grill tab side. ( to prevent splitting or rivet from pulling through).
Pictures are , center, left and right. Last pic is the plastic I used ( also for plastic washers etc).
I have some of the plastic I used that I could offer reasonably.

Nice.

I used JB weld and it did great other than a couple slipping a little before they dried.

Nice job! You probably saved yourself a few hundred dollars by not buying a replica.
