I have a 1974 Duster with a broken grill, also has some pieces missing. While the broken sections can be "welded" back together, have any of you cast missing parts, made them in some way or used 3D printing? If so how did you do it and how did it look? Thanks.

3d printing would require computer modeling of the missing sections and honestly, the resolution wouldn't be that great. Plus the plastics may require clumsy adhesives if you can't weld them back together.

Sections from another grille, or using this grille for sections, are the way to go.

I wish I could do this to my 93 Ram grille, but the whole thing is chrome plated!

You can make missing parts, but with all the problems that one has it would be better to find a better one.
