Replace a Front Frame Rail - How Much Trouble?

-
Hello - I wanted to add to this thread. I am in the Maryland area, and I have picked up a front end for my '66 Barracuda. Currently, the car is a Dart A Cuda. If you look closely at the car, on the driver side, you can see a slight downturn. The driver-side frame rail has about a 2.5 to 3-inch bend in it from 2 previous crashes. I picked up a new clip in South Jersey for $500. I have a guy that mentioned bolting it on, but I did not think that would be optimum. He says that he can also weld it. I am a true DIYer, and itching to do it myself, but I don't think I have a strong enough welder to do the job. She is going back to the original Barracuda style.
How did it turn out? Got any pictures?

Tom - This is the donated 66 Barracuda front end that my buddy is going to weld on for me.

I'm having some difficulty uploading pics, but this is the front end after I removed the old 65Dodge Dart clip from it.
