The previous owner of my Dart shaved off the door handles, anyone know if it is possible to reattach them?

Shouldn't be too big a problem as long as you can come up with the exact location for the mounting holes.
Maybe if a member knew the exact car they could do a trace on thier disassembled door for you.

Possible? Sure. But it may not be easy.
Fortunately the door handles on a Dart don't have any kind of a recess, just the mounting holes. But you'll have to re-drill the mounting holes for both the handles and the locks if they've been welded up. And if the previous owner tossed all the hardware, you'll need that too.

It's a 63 gt
You could always replace the doors with a set with the mounting holes still in them.
