replacing rear panel - going from Dart Sport to Demon

I'm wanting to swap out the rear panel on my '74 Dart Sport to the vertical '71 Demon style lights. How is the best way to do this? I've looked around to see if I can find a tutorial or something, showing where the body panels overlap, so I don't waste time and tools doing unneccessary cutting. Thanks in advance.
