resivor leaking to rear resivor

Must be leaking some where! Check the wheel cylinders, hoses and lines. If you don't find the leak there, check the carpet under the brake pedal. Do you have power brakes? If so, have you noticed any above normal pedal pressure? If you have, the diaphragm in the booster is probably leaking. This would explain why you can't find any leaks. Engine vacuum will suck the fluid into the intake to be burned. If no leaks are discovered at the fittings, hoses, wheel cylinders, then it must be leaking passed the piston seals in the MC. Replace the MC

thanks for all the info but can someone tell me if i take some fluid out of rear and add to front it gets dumped back into rear next time i check levels

What happens if you fill both and drive 100 miles?

I'm confused. So it gets low on the front and over flows the rear?

Just get a new master cylinder.

the rear is always topped off i was in a situation where i had to scoop some from rear to front and later it was all back in the rear and when i take lid off it seems the rear is under pressure and overflows a little so should i go with a new master cylinder or look somewhere else
