Hey guys im puttin togethor my 440 duster drag car...and i was wondering if you guys run return lines if your using an electric pump?? Also there is 1 fitting on top of fuel cell and 2 at the sump, so should i use both sump fittings or just one of them?? thanks -chris

The top one on the cell is a vent line. Most likely a #6 hose fitting.

For the return line. You'll have to put a fuel cell bulkhead in the tank. Easy to do. Check Summit #220882 for an example. I like to run the same size back as you run forward. If you run 1/2" to the front, run a return line sized at 1/2". I'm actually going to cheat on the one below and run a -10 forward and -8 return.

You can use one or both of the sump fittings. Depends on your requirements. If you run those fram chrome style filters, they only move about 90GPH which is less than most pumps. So you need two filters to move enough fuel to support a 140GPH pump.

Here's a pic of a cell I"m building for a Duster.

I have to put the bulkhead in the upper left of the cell for the return line.
