Rewire Head to Tail

lets just say that my car is slowly becoming all out custom work of art.im doing a custom firewall cover out of alum.an i dont want anything on the wall so that means no stock wiring.I want to rewire the whole car front to back an id like to use the Painless set up that summit sells.I want to to still use my head/tail lights along with my blinkers an plate lights.So my Q is has anyone done this job yet on there cars?what was involved in doing all this an what would be involved in this?i want a clean look under the dash with nothing to be seen from the engine bay8)

PS im doing a custom Dash lay out with new autometer gauges so nothing is going to be stock aside from the lights an outside stuff!
