Steering wheel has 1 crack at the top and a few hair line cracks. wire has been cut or torn, but they do repop the wire. center cap has been cemented back together at one time, and will need to be done again. epoxy would take care of it.

What is the hole in the lower spoke for?

many times these were drilled for a horn button when the rimblow stopped working.
