I am looking for floor pans for my 74 swinger and Rock Auto seems to have the best deal. Has anyone used them and would you recommend them? I need to replace all four pieces.

I got the frt. driver side floor panel through them for my 68 cuda. OEM thickness steel. It had 2 slots about 5" by 1/2" cut into the top of the section for reasons unknown to me.

Thanks for the fast responses guys, you are awesome!

The pans at rock auto are $51.79 each which are $30 - $40 cheaper each than at autobodyspecialt. So far it sounds like Rock Auto is the way to go since they will be about $140 less all together. From searching around the forum it seems like the pans from autobodyspecialt are better, but the ones from Rock Auto do have a decent fit. Unless anyone has had any bad experiences with the Rock Auto pans I think I will go ahead and get them.

not trying to hi-jack your thread, but has anyone used the 1/4 panels from rock auto?

Well as far as the fit, yes, Autobody Specialists pans were VERY nice, but alot more cash. If the rock pans are close, then you are good, they are easy to manipulate to what you need them to be during fitment. So it sounds like they are your best bet, I wish I could hve found them for the 64 as cheap!

Best part is check the shipping from Rock auto its cheap. The pans are a guide and a general fit thats it. You will have to cut, trim, and massage them to fit. But they do work.

Dang, could have got an original pan in one piece, for about the same price.

Rob (Crackedback) sells body parts from cars he scraps. He has a full pan I believe removed at the spot welds. I bought on from him very reasonable and CLEAN

If that's the case Rob PM me a price shipped to 63114 for the complete pan. I'm not dead set on buying from Rock Auto and would rather put some money in the hands of a FABO member... It would take a week or two to come up the money all at once since I was planning on buying the individual pieces in pairs to spread out the cost.

I used the rock auto for the drivers side and had no real problem, just normal fitting stuff.

I put Rock Auto (Sherman) front floors in my dart sport, last year, they werent perfect but did work out fine, it was much better than hammering out metal patches for the floor
