Rocker arms bad?

My rocker arms on the shaft is very loose especially on the intake rocker arms. This is roughly how big the gap between the rocker arms and the shaft. The gap vary on all of the rocker arms. Is it time to change to new rocker arms? Since I'm changing cam, lifters, springs and valve stem seals it feels neglecting to put on this rocker arms. Would appreciate some input.
