I'm trying to remove my rusty rocker panel and I think the panel is winning. I removed every spot weld (unless there's more hidden). the area under the rear quarter is not cooperating at all. Any Ideas.. help

You must be missing some ,try a skinny scraper/pry bar and spread it as you work the spot welds. It helped me find which ones were holding, be gentle as you can.

thanks, I'm finding them buried in the sealer in the inner back window panel. I just don't want to take to much. thankfully I have a new /used rocker and have some rust work behind it to take care of anyway. guess ill just keep plugging away at it.

Try to grind on the panel you are replacing if possible and try to save the one that is remaining. I am doing full quarters on my Dart right now, it sucks and seems to take forever at 1st.

its the floor board / rocker connection that has a bad spot.. fabrication is in my future..if I can ever get the rocker off lol
