I just got the roller for the 1/4 window and went to toss it on, but the guy is proving a bit more of a hassle w/the regulator in the car. When I went to compare it to the roller on the opposite side, they are both black and approximately the same size (cannot say for sure because they're in the car), but the good one that is installed appears to have an additional black sleeve or something that goes onto the ball where the roller pops on. Am I missing an adapter, or do these rollers just need a little grease and muscle to get on there? Don't want to break it and from what I have read about removing those regulators, I surely want to avoid pulling it if I can.
