Rooflines

Good Day, I was wondering if the lines I found on my 67 darts roof are normal. I was sanding and along the rear windows on the drivers side there is a patch of different color metal. Its also along the front under the front windshield. I havent gotten to the pass side but almost looks like the roof was replaced and weldd on. Anyone else have this going on?

The factory used lead to finish off the seam between the quarter panel and the sail paned.
