not picking this to much but how in the hell could you use a "used" rivet?

There is a "kit" that sells the vin decal and rivets together cheaper than just the rivets. think moparts has them for the best price.

better question might be why ? if you've built a composite car your required to register it as such and a quick search at any Ontario Motor Vehicle kiosk will show the truth anyway .

composite car? where did that come from
 
No not building a car have the original car and all tags for it.Drilled out the original rivittes not knowing that they where different.

It seems they also sell the clear cover and rivet pkg but the transfer cover isn't exactly the same and they don't show the rivet head to be sure if they are the same.
