i am replacing my rotors and bearings with new. is it ok to use the races on the new rotors or is it necessary to use the ones that came with my new bearings?
thanks in advance

I'd be surprised if the new rotors come with any races at all, but if they do, it would be fine to use them. I have just replaced the bearings and not the races many times in the past on projects also, but if it's something I am completely redoing, I'll always replace the races and bearings together. If the new rotors come with new races already installed, no reason to knock them out. Good luck with your project, Geof

I would use the "new" races that came with the "new" bearings, you know their lineage.

"Knock-off Rotors"? Plenty of cheap Asian crap out there if that's what you want.
