Rubber Bumpers Behind License Plate

This is my first post on this site. My 74 Dart's rear bumper was rechromed and as I putting the license plate on it, I noticed three tiny holes in the bumper area just behind the license plate. Two of the three round holes are the same size and the third hole is slightly larger. I have the original round bumpers that fit in these holes, but they were broken when removed to send to the chrome shop. Where can you find replacement rubber bumpers for these holes? Otherwise the license plate is going to vibrate against the chrome and make noise.
