Rubber Seals for Vent Windows

Hello guys. I'm rechroming all my parts on my 1970 Dart Swinger and I have taken all the door window chrome out or the "A" frame some guys call it. I have replaced all the rubber parts except in the vent window pivot support. It's the chrome piece at the bottom where the vent window sits and pivots on. The thick rubber section that the vent window sits on is all cracked and falling apart. Does anyone know what to use or anywhere to get these parts. Oh, almost forgot I redone the chrome piece on the window also, and there is a black rubber that is very sticky and holds it on the glass. Need some help here...

The rubber that holds the glass in the frame can be found at most local glass shops that do anything with flat glass, as far as the rubber at the bottom...not sure.
