[FOR SALE] Running 440 motor

Pulled for a hemi replacement...excellent running 440 with 452 heads,rpm performer intake,electronic distributor. Have no idea of internals except heavier than stock valve springs(removed covers to look for wear). Motor has a nice lump to it and is pretty quick. 1978 block...runs on pump gas. If you are looking for an inexpensive,good running motor with good performance,than consider this. Outside Buffalo NY $1300.00

Any idea of compression??? It runs on regular or premium gas??

no idea of compression....I run 93 octane in all my cars as I never had one over 10 to 1 compression. It's a 78 block but my opinion it has been modified as it has good performance. I drove it 3 seasons and believe it's faster than a stock built 67 440hp motor.
The only reason for selling is I am building a hemi. Bucket list type thing for a 65 year old guy.

That's a sweet deal, well worth it for a driver car. If you were here on the west coast, I would so buy it and throw in a case of beer!
