Question: 72 Scamp rear leaf spring rubber isolator, replace,reuse or throw them away and get new mount plates?

Replace the rubber bushing and reuse the mount plates.

Just wanting to know it the rubber isolators affect handling or launching from dead stop? They would seem to affect diff movement up and down or side to side
