S83 steering wheel who has one?

looking for a S83 steering wheel as in add below

There are 2 of those in a junkyard near where I am. One is in a '71 Dart and is green and one is in a '70? Dart and I think it is black maybe. I just remember seeing them because I had never seen anything like that. What are they worth and what kind of shape do you need it to be in? I could go see what the junkyard owner wants for them.
