Just got a piece of Aluminum oxide grinding wheel out of my eye (at 9 o'clock) Had to go to the optometrist to get it out as it was embedded in my cornea. Hurt like a dickins, but only when I blinked. And I was wearing glasses too, must have snuck past them or a ricochet. Anyway, full shield from now on for me. And a great way to see whats in your own eye, take a pic!

Been there, done that ... and I'm sorry that it had to happen to you. Here, you can borrow my full face shield (or just send over what you were grinding on and I'll finish it while your eye recovers ;-)).
