These brackets fit a small block with a cast iron water pump and uses a Saginaw pump. There kind of rare as most early small blocks had Federal or TRW pumps.
With these you can step up to a Saginaw pump on the 69 and earlier small blocks and get firm feel steering. Mopar Action magazine had a article about a while back.
