Working on the saginaw power steering pump shim install. My pump had shims totaling .055 from the factory. I made up a new shim at .075
My question is according to the mopar action article it looks like they used .076 total from the slant six pump. Or did they add .076 to the factory shims?
Anybody do this yet and remember how much shim you ended up with total to lower the power steering pressure?
Think I'm going to just use the one new shim at .075 to start with.
