Sand Glazing putty wet or dry?

Haven't used the glazing putty that comes in a tube (like toothpaste). Don't have to mix it, its one part ready to go and seems to dry in about a minute. Since it is labeled for professional use, no instructions. How do I sand this stuff, wet or dry? Thank you.
 
The Green stuff from 3M is by far the best stuff to use. The red stuff is much harder to use and does not work as good by a long shot. You can sand it wet or dry but my choice has always been wet. I have doing body work for over 30 yrs. professionally, so I think this will help you.

At the dealerships I worked at they used the yellow thinset that did require hardener. The stuff in the tube I have used on scratches etc but tends to clog your paper unless fully set. Always wet sanded mine...
