He eventually caught up to the cop after weaving in and out of traffic. He decided to turn instead of pass him. Besides the chop job, his exhaust is broken too...

Yeah, from a legal standpoint it's not much different then jeeps only no where as cool and like was said, resale will take a big hit but it's nice to see someone not care and do what they was want... much better then giant rims and spoilers.
