SBP '66 Kelsey-Hayes: Cross-drilled/slotted rotors & good pads?

I am rebuilding some original small-bolt K-H disc brakes, want to use higher-performance parts. Where do I find better rotors and pads for my car? Ideally I want some cross-drilled, slotted rotors to show through my rallye wheels...
