Doesn't need a tire, but that won't hurt. I've got what I believe to be a bent wheel and am in need of a fresh one, and maybe will use my old one as a spare. I'd prefer local so that we don't have to go through shipping, but I am open to suggestions. Needs to have the small bolt pattern. Current car is rocking hub caps, so it doesn't need to be pretty, just straight.
