SBP Discs to LBP? Is it really this easy?

68 dart has SBP discs up front. If i wanted LBP studs, is it just a matter of buying the bigger rotors? Is it really this easy???

I'm a little leery about this, normally anything automotive related is a complicated pain in the butt for me. Can anyone confirm this?

It's never that easy since you also have to change the hubs for ones that are also patterned for LBP.
 
The SBP and LBP rotors will not interchange. The SBP rotor is slightly larger in diameter, the LBP rotor is thicker.
