I have two different pairs of wheel adapters for the small 5 on 4" circle bolt pattern, both are NOS, never used, aluminum 1" thick;

One pair FROM the small 5 on 4" bolt pattern TO the larger 5 on 4.5" wheels $65 shipped

One pair FROM the small 5 on 4" bolt pattern TO GM 5 on 4.75" wheels $75 shipped
