I ordered a complete kit just before new years and still haven't heard from them yet.

I ordered mine just before New Years and they got back to me on Jan 4th or 5th saying they were going to be about 8 weeks because of back orders and production runs.
They offered me my money back at that time or if I wanted to keep the order going they would ship them for free. Because I'm in Canada they said they could not ship them for free but they would ship them to Canada without the extra shipping cost which was fine by me.
I kept the order going and they shipped them to me Feb 7th so they are on the way.
Great customer service!

Yeah, they shipped half of the stuff a little earlier to my freight forwarders without my knowledge, but I no complain. The rest of the stuff was shipped on the 7th Feb as well so I'm looking forward to getting all the stuff in about 6 weeks, depending on Aussie customs. Alot better than the 8 weeks production time they were quoting. They must of got stuck into them. Good for them and great for me.
