Unbelievable! I would never have thought I would score an NOS, in the box, Competition Series TQ! I completely found it by accident. Was scrolling the parts classifieds on ClassRacer and came across an add for Mopar Parts. Took a look and a 4847 ThermoQuad was listed. Not listed as the Comp Series. It was an old add, too. Thought, what the heck, I'll contact the seller. Low and behold, he still had it. Had him send me pics and the rest is history. I'm giddy as a school girl! You can see it's never been bolted down. The lower throttle lever is tweaked a little. Easy fix, or I might just leave as is. And in the og box even!! Figured I'd share with the FABO world. Enjoy!!!
 
Wow.....that’s just awesome! There can’t be many left out there like this still in the box
 
That makes a total of three in my possession. The first one I bought off flea bay. I have that one looking nice. Not nearly as nice as this one. But, acceptable. I scored a really nasty one at Indy this year. 100 bucks!!
 
Once I found a pair of comp 850's...guy was running them on a max wedge..too cool...sold one kept one...$150/each...mint....your 1000cfm is museum material!!

I also have an 850. That one needs some cleaning!
 
That looks like the TQ Competion that was on Craigslist locally a couple years ago that slipped by. New in box for $100. I missed it by ten minutes. I did manage to score an 850 Competition version that I hope to put to good use.
