Basically it's a pos, they'd still use that tech/theory if it was worth a **** .lol
I'd rather use a webber progressive 2 barrel and 1 1/2 inch primary headers with all kinds of vac advanc. Probably about the worst thing edelbrock designed. Imho
Let's just say this... when you go to swap meets and see the guy with the big blue tarp littered with intake manifolds for sale....mostly... those are all the banished pieces of **** nobody wants..and you can count on seeing the sp2p intakes...should have called it "the asphyxiator"

Like those Webber Progressive carbs. Used them lots on the Performance VW engines in the Sand Rails. Always opening up the secondary as a normal part of running them. With the 1 1/2" Header.

Extra kick in the pants . . .

We plow snow with that Buggy too, nice to have the electric choke on there to get her going on a cold day.

LMAO....there is a guy here is MN that always has tables set up at car show swap meets and always has a big tarp with intake manifolds!! Thing that’s funny is he always cleans them up nice or paints them to sell at a high price...he ALWAYS has the same **** every time, same carbs, same intake and smog exhaust manifolds...most always junk...I mean who needs some of that crap, think after awhile he would just recycle it lol.

Pulled some things off of it that I don’t really need....looks better and lighter too. In the picture is the chain the guy struggled to get off so he let me have it...pretty heavy duty one:D

Looks like you've been busy. Are those heads 3418915B? They could have 1.88" or 2.02" intake valves and 1.60" exhaust valves and maybe 71cc chambers.
